About the Role
We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer to join our growing team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled developer with a passion for eCommerce to take ownership of building, optimising, and maintaining Shopify websites that deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll play a key role in developing bespoke Shopify themes, integrating third-party apps, and ensuring seamless functionality across desktop and mobile. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, you’ll bring ideas to life and help drive online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps.
- Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience.
- Implement and test new features, integrations, and plugins.
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple Shopify sites.
- Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, Shopify updates, and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, API integrations, and third-party apps.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and development workflows.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
