We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive business improvement through insightful analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop detailed business cases, including cost, benefit, and risk analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to senior management, outlining implementation time scales and resource requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and user interviews to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
