We're seeking a passionate 1st Line Support Technician to deliver top-notch Technical support to our clients while providing exceptional Customer Service.
The Candidate:
- Good IT and problem-solving skills in areas like Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, and more.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients.
- A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within our supportive team.
- Extra points for experience in the outsourced IT support industry and holding a Full UK Driving license.
Role Specifics
In this role, you will:
- Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
- Install PCs and upgrade software
- Administer IP phone systems via web-based interface
- Provide support for customer applications (training provided)
- Set up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
- Support Mac's remotely and on-site.
