A leading sports entertainment business is seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to drive its people strategy and operations during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. Based in London, this dynamic role requires a leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance the company’s workforce capabilities and culture., * Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a commercially focused HR strategy that aligns with business objectives, balancing long-term vision with operational delivery.

  • Talent Acquisition & Mobility: Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, from strategic workforce planning to the operational delivery of recruitment initiatives. Manage international mobility and immigration processes for global talent.

  • HRIS Implementation: Lead the selection and implementation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to improve HR processes and data management.

  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver coaching and development programs for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to foster strong leadership capabilities and team performance.

  • Employee Relations: Ensure effective employee relations practices and frameworks are in place, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Strong track record of balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational management.
