We are looking for an ambitious Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join an established, carbon-neutral technology and marketing agency on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a 100% office-based launchpad (5 days a week) where you will be trained to become an exceptional, well-rounded marketer across SEO, PPC, email, and social media.

The office is easily reachable via a 30-minute public transport commute from Norwich City Centre, though candidates with a driving licence and access to a car will be in a much more fortunate position given the location.

Why this role is different:

  • A Real Progression Route: This business doesn't keep juniors at the bottom. Once you pass probation, a clear Personal Development Plan is mapped out to transition you to Executive, Specialist, or Senior levels—where many of the current management team started.
  • True Multichannel Exposure: You won't be siloed. You will learn to manage and optimize diverse digital strategies for an ever-increasing portfolio of live clients.
  • Structured Work-Life Balance: Work within a structured workflow designed to promote mental health, allowing you to focus completely during the day and leave work at work when you finish.

The Practical Benefits:

  • Salary: £26,500 with frequent performance and salary reviews.
  • Time Off: 33 days holiday (increasing with service), plus the option to buy or sell leave.
  • Health & Security: Vitality private health insurance, Aviva Smart Health (including 24/7 GP access), income protection, and free access to a confidential personal life coach.
  • Culture & Perks: An electric car scheme after 12 months, free lunches during regular learning sessions, gaming setups in the breakout areas, and a full calendar of funded team events.

What you bring to the table:

You have a foundational familiarity with internet technology, search engines, and the basics of how websites function. You understand what SEO and PPC stand for, possess an analytical mind for data, and carry an unshakeable appetite to learn rapidly. While not essential, any experience in an agency environment, website administration, or tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will put you at a distinct advantage.
