Role Purpose
Our Talent Acquisition team are responsible for attracting, engaging and securing the very best people for Cloudscaler. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, and managing them through the recruitment process, whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Our talent acquisition team are responsible for hiring across our delivery and operations teams, and also work closely with some of our external customers to support their hiring initiatives. We are scaling rapidly over 2025 and you will be responsible for the recruitment of multiple internal hires across delivery (mainly engineering and architecture) and operations. As part of our talent acquisition team, you will be involved with:
- End-to-end recruitment cycles for highly skilled Cloud Engineers and Architects, at senior levels across permanent and contract hires.
- Creating and cultivating talent pools of passive candidates for future opportunities across our core roles, both permanent and contract.
- Partnering with our hiring managers to generate ideas and share information to improve recruitment processes and increase hiring success.
- Ensuring recruitment processes are un-biased, upholding equal opportunity principles within our search and screening process and across hiring teams.
- Creating candidate information packs, welcome packs, and other content to improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting talent acquisition marketing and branding, positioning us as an employer of choice within the AWS community and beyond.
- Supporting employee experience activities and employee retention initiatives.
Required Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience of recruiting within the cloud and infrastructure space, ideally AWS, DevOps, cloud engineering and/or cloud architecture positions.
- Experience recruiting internally within the technology consultancy sector or other environment where hiring needs change rapidly with the needs of the business.
- Strong permanent recruitment experience with a focus on candidate experience, and excellent candidate management skills.
- Passive candidate sourcing skills and candidate attraction experience, particularly engaging and nurturing passive candidates long-term.
- Experience managing the offer and onboarding process.
- Experience of refining recruitment processes and improving efficiency, conversion rates and quality of hire.
Desirable Experience
- Experience of recruiting independent contractors.
- Experience recruiting within the SC cleared market.
- Ashby ATS.
- Analysing key recruitment metrics and data.
- Interviewer training.

Interview Process
- Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team.
- 1st Interview – 60 minute remote interview with our hiring team.
- 2nd Interview – 60 minute in person interview with members of our Senior Leadership Team.
