Cloudscaler in London is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the day-to-day of the People function. You will tackle the most complex employee relations cases end to end and lead key initiatives from design through embedding, while serving as the operational partner to the CPO.
In the first year you will be the sole People professional alongside the CPO, handling payroll, onboarding, screenings and data quality in Rippling, Zinc and related systems until the People Partner joins later in 2027.
