Cloudscaler is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the day-to-day of the People function in London, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You’ll handle the most complex employee relations cases end to end, and own initiatives from design through embedding, while managing payroll and benefits until the People Partner joins.
As the team grows, you’ll lead the handover and shape the operational core, partnering with senior leaders and ensuring sound governance.
