Cloudscaler in London is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the most complex employee relations cases and to drive end-to-end People initiatives. You’ll be the first dedicated People professional alongside the Chief People Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and for shaping how the function runs until the People Partner joins later in 2027.
You’ll partner closely with the CPO, run payroll, benefits, onboarding, screenings and security clearances, and design practical solutions.
