What Makes This Role Exciting
The primary goal of Payroll Operations Support is to work with and support Payroll Operations with a variety of activities, enabling the team to provide efficient and effective payroll processing for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage several day-to-day operational activities, ranging from system support, customer data reconciliation, and tool management.
- Work to ensure that Payroll Operations staff are supported with the right tools and processes to perform their roles successfully.
- Support the Operations management teams in day-to-day customer escalations, user support and queries.
- Lead region-wide initiatives within data cleansing and system improvements.
- Cooperate with other departments within CloudPay, seeking continuous improvement and strengthening the One CloudPay image for Customers.
Experience Needed For This Role
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet
- Experience in dealing with customers.
- A knowledge of Payroll and/or Payments processing is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge management and precise document management skills.
- Good at problem-solving and getting results.
- Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop
- Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient.
- Driven and determined to achieve objectives.
