Overview
This role sits at the heart of our organization, bridging the gap between business and technology to turn strategy into reality. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and the wider business, ensuring strong alignment, clear communication, and seamless execution across complex initiatives. As a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you’ll translate business priorities into actionable, high-impact technology initiatives. You’ll drive planning, execution, and delivery governance—ensuring everything stays on track, aligned to our roadmap, and focused on delivering real customer and business value. While you won’t be hands‑on coding, you’ll be deeply involved in technical discussions—challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and guiding decisions across Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, Security, and Infrastructure teams. Success in this role comes from your ability to bring clarity to complexity, drive delivery discipline, and lead cross-functional teams from idea through to launch and adoption.
Planning & Execution Ownership
- Own and lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic product and technology initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to understand complexity, estimate effort, and manage trade-offs.
- Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements, while maintaining and continuously updating to ensure visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Go‑to‑Market (GTM) & Launch Coordination
- Lead coordination of go-to-market activities for new product capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches.
- Support creation of enablement materials, internal readiness, and customer-facing communications.
- Ensure operational readiness prior to release and post-launch adoption tracking.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track delivery KPIs, success metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Identify process improvements to increase delivery predictability and efficiency.
- Drive best practices in project and delivery management across teams.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and alignment-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive clarity and structure in ambiguous environments.
Tools & Methods
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience with tools such as Power BI, Sisense, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Data-driven approach to tracking progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Experience Needed For This Role
- BS/BA in computer science, information systems or equivalent working experience delivering technical projects within a SaaS or product-led environment.
- Solid experience in project management, with a strong technical foundation in AI & data and enough hands-on experience to understand system constraints, ask the right questions, and challenge engineering decisions constructively.
- Strategic thinker: able to zoom out to connect technical initiatives with broader business goals and long-term value.
- Highly organized: bring structure to ambiguity, manage complexity effectively, and ensure consistent execution.
- Strong communicator: able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
- Pragmatic and delivery-focused: balance perfection with progress and keep teams moving forward.
- Languages: full professional proficiency in English.
- Domain expertise (preferred): experience in FinTech, payroll, payments, HR technology, or other highly regulated SaaS environments.
