What Makes This Role Exciting
This brand-new role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administration professional to work closely with all functions in the HR team, across the organization and externally, to drive and support dynamic global projects within the HR Operations team.
This role focuses on driving process consistency, customer service excellence and continuous improvement across HR administration activities.
Alongside the opportunity to expand into a new or global people manager role to support and develop a team of HR Administrators.
- Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support a global team of 4 HR Administrators, through fostering a positive, collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Manage full employment lifecycle administration in the EMEA region with the specific emphasis on the United Kingdom, alongside any projects to support the global HR Business Partners.
- Monitor and support all team tasks for the employee life cycle (e. g. onboarding, offboarding, employee changes) and conduct analysis of team performance.
- Maintenance of HR systems and employee folders, through regular data audits, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data across global offices.
- Provide analysis and insights into HR Operation activities while closely collaborating with HR Business Partner, HR Leads and the Senior Manager, HR Operations.
- Proactively identify and implement the project coordination of process improvement initiatives for more efficient and streamlined HR operational processes.
- Help implement employee engagement activities and programs globally.
- Guide and drive updates or creation of HR operation documentation and forms while providing HR operational insights where required for HR policies, toolkits and procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, and raise awareness of applicable HR policies and processes, alongside local HR Business Partners.
Experience Needed For This Role
- Robust experience in supporting HR Operation processes, of the full employment lifecycle.
- Experience in using an HR system (Workday) or any HR/Payroll software is preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, Power Point and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies.
- Successful adoption of process improvement standard practices and their initiatives.
- People person with excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, being able to prioritize multiple tasks at high-volume, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow and adapt.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Team player who can collaborate with direct team and of others in the organization and external vendors, alongside independently driven time management.
- Experience managing a small team or experience mentoring/coaching colleagues is desirable.
