Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Integration Kick-Off calls with clients to help them understand CloudPay’s integration technologies, configuration, testing processes, and go-live standard and certified approaches.
  • Deliver successful integration projects - managing future client integration calls and providing feedback on planned progress and status.
  • Provide analysis, advice, and support to clients, test team, and project managers of CloudPay’s architectures, integration processes, and test results during the implementation of new integrations for customer payroll entities using built connectors at CloudPay, such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle and/or XML connectors.
  • Drive coordination of Cloudpay Now implementation deliverables (Integration, Reports, Payslips) based on customer requirements scope to enable go-live/rollout as per the project plan ensuring provision of quality data into the system.
  • Assist with detailed analysis and advice of integration test results provided by testing team members during Cloudpay’s defined Scenario and Parallel testing process prior to Client Entity sign-off and go-live decisions.
  • Manage client go-live approvals with smooth controlled transition to production platforms and support a hypercare period so clients can operate their operational interfaces on a scheduled basis.
  • Act as expert second-level support for the operational team managing live interfaces.
  • Help steer and test the development of new CloudPay products and systems supporting the integration development to ensure their operational effectiveness in collaboration with quality and deployment teams.

Experience needed for this role:

  • Integration or Implementation Project experience owning the delivery of HR & Payroll integrations.
  • Client-facing experience handling queries and questions from customers, managing their expectations, and contributing to successfully delivering integration projects.
  • Excellent time management, administration skills, attention to detail, and proactiveness are a must.
  • Relevant Experience with various HR/Payroll Integration systems at the user or project level.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel. Project management tools knowledge like Monday.com is desirable.
  • Responsible for prioritizing clients’ integration needs and delivering them as per the project plan.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or similar HCM systems along with an understanding of XML data files.
  • Payroll or HCM Knowledge.
