About This Job Opportunity
CloudPay is looking for an Associate Ireland Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our in‑house Implementation team.
Main Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of Ireland Implementation
- Learn all aspects of Ireland Payroll
- Process multiple Payroll and Implementations on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
- Provide support to clients on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back‑up covering for holidays or emergencies
- Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application
- Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Prioritise client’s payroll and deliver payrolls as required
- Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory Irish authorities
- Compile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
Experience Needed For This Role
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
