This Associate UK Payroll & Implementation Specialist role will combine payroll processing with client onboarding in a hybrid environment.

Location

Hybrid – attendance at the Andover, Hampshire office required three times per month.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of UK payroll processing and implementation.
  • Accurately and efficiently process multiple payrolls and implementations on behalf of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients on payroll‑related matters, including acting as backup during holidays or emergencies to maintain service continuity.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and information within the CloudPay payroll system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data or documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Prioritise client’s payroll and deliver payrolls as required.
  • Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK authorities.
  • Compile and file all required reports with relevant UK government agencies, ensuring full compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (A–C).
  • Confident working with MicrosoftExcel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time‑management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Must be living in the UK and have full eligibility to work in the UK (no work‑visa sponsorship).
