- Solid understanding of Windows 10, 11 & Windows Server Operating Systems Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Office 365 Suite and admin tools Administration of business
applications Active directory / Azure Active Directory / Group Policy Good Appreciation of Cyber-Security including Two factor authentication (MFA Asset Management Laptop and Desktop Experience Printer Maintenance Helpdesk/ Ticketing System previous usage Cloud-based telephony.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant IT certifications (e. g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, Microsoft
Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
