CloudNet Technologies Limited is currently seeking talented and versatile Software Developers to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, including plugin development, database‑driven applications, mobile and web app development, and systems integration. You will play a vital part in building innovative digital solutions for clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain custom plugins, particularly for content management systems such as WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Develop and manage relational database systems, ensuring data integrity, optimisation, and performance (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front‑end developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the development of mobile and web applications, using frameworks suited to the project (e.g., Laravel, React, Flutter).
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable PHP code for back‑end systems and CMS integrations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in plugin and extension development for CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento).
- Good understanding of database design, optimisation, and management using MySQL or similar systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with mobile or cross‑platform app development is a strong advantage.
- Solid grasp of security best practices, performance tuning, and responsive design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
