Join Cloudmore and help shape the future of commerce automation. We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to join our growing Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise customers, guide them through onboarding, deliver training, and help them maximise value from our SaaS platform.

This is more than a support role — you’ll become a trusted partner to customers, helping drive adoption, engagement, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing customer onboarding from implementation through to successful go-live
  • Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and best practice guidance
  • Helping customers adopt and optimise platform usage to maximise value
  • Supporting customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes
  • Contributing to onboarding processes, documentation, and scalable enablement initiatives
  • Supporting AI-driven and automation-focused customer solutions
