About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Consultant leads Salesforce projects and manages client relationships to ensure successful delivery and long‑term partnership. In this role, you’ll combine strong project leadership with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, guiding clients through planning, execution, and adoption of scalable, best‑practice solutions.

You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and communication while ensuring technical teams deliver quality outcomes aligned with client goals. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor others, foster collaboration, and help organizations maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and successfully deliver projects across a range of scopes (small, mid‑market, and enterprise), demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the CloudMasonry project team to deliver high‑quality outcomes, demonstrating strong delegation skills and effective communication.
  • Consult with clients to identify solutions that align with their business needs and secure stakeholder buy‑in for implementation.

  • Provide strategic insight into Salesforce platform capabilities to help clients optimize processes and drive adoption.

  • 3+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification - Required
  • Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required
  • Ability to define and guide high‑quality solution design on the Salesforce platform

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
