Provide commercial information required for funding requests, accruals, cash flow and cost forecasts. Support business cases, site comparisons, value engineering and investment decisions.
  • Consultant, Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage external Cost Management consultants, including scope, deliverables, reporting quality and performance. Commercially manage General Contractors and key vendors from RFP through contract award, construction, payment, final account and closeout. Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure commercial information is timely, accurate and robust.
  • Procurement, Change Control & Payments: Support procurement strategy, tender planning, commercial evaluation, award recommendations and contract sum agreement. Manage commercial review and agreement of change orders, variations, claims and cost impacts. Review and approve payment applications, invoices, valuations and supporting documentation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement: Work closely with Project Management, Development, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk & Insurance, consultants, contractors and vendors.
