Your Role in a Nutshell
We\’re on the lookout for a proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team, on a 20 hour per week basis. You’ll be the backbone of our HR operations—ensuring that colleague journeys are supported smoothly from start to finish. Whether it\’s right to work checks, onboarding new starters, or helping us maintain a seamless HR database, your work will directly impact the Cloud experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Contract & HR Admin: Keep employment contracts and data accurate and up-to-date.

Induction Support: Conduct 1:1 HR inductions, making every new starter feel welcome.

Compliance Checks: Carry out right to work verifications and respond to reference requests.

Reward & Benefits: Support the administration of colleague perks and recognition schemes.

Case Management Support: Assist in HR matters including employee relations and performance cases.

Recruitment Support: Help manage our ATS system and recruitment admin.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate HR records and support monthly payroll inputs.

Reporting: Generate regular HR and training reports for audit and monitoring.

System Improvements: Identify and support process improvements and HR projects.

Inbox Hero: Help manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
What We’re Looking For

Previous exposure to HR processes or experience in a similar administrative role.

Comfortable with MS Office and digital systems (bonus if you know your way around HR databases!).

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to handle confidential information with discretion.
