We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team in EMEA. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at strategic problem-solving and operational execution. As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales organization during a critical period, helping to drive strategic territory planning, performance analytics, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will join at a pivotal moment as we navigate the annual planning and territory design process, requiring a hands-on, data-driven professional ready to engage immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to two area Vice Presidents, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and relevant technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve communication. Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Conduct regular business reviews with sales leaders to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Support the development and management of revenue forecasts, working closely with finance and leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required Experience: 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or at least 5 years of management consulting experience at an established consultancy firm. Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact projects within tight timeframes, delivering measurable outcomes. Experience working in high-growth, technology-focused environments is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker BI). Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization. A consultative and solutions-oriented approach, with a track record of driving operational improvements in complex environments. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
