Senior Product Manager - Cloudflare One Appliance in London

About the Role

As the PM for Cloudflare One Appliance, you will own the vision and execution for a lightweight managed hardware and virtual appliance that serves as the primary on‐ramp for customers connecting any physical and cloud environments. This role invites you to rethink the current integration of AI into product workflows, pioneering automated traffic steering and reducing manual configuration complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Appliance roadmap: Define priorities, make trade‐offs, and maintain a clear view of the product vision.
• Manage vendor relationships: Collaborate with our Lifecycle Service Provider and GTM teams to ensure seamless buying experiences for customers.
• Define and track success metrics: Establish measurable outcomes that align with customer impact.
• Write PRDs and specifications: Author clear product documentation that frames problems, success criteria, and constraints.
• Partner with engineering leadership: Coordinate quarterly planning, staffing allocation, and cross‐team dependencies.
• Communicate across the organization: Keep stakeholders informed on progress, decisions, and upcoming changes; evangelize new features and drive adoption.

Experience

• Enterprise networking, SD‐WAN, SASE, or infrastructure products experience.
• Practical knowledge of Internet layers 1‐7.
• Expertise in IPsec, GRE, SD‐WAN, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cloud on‐ramp architectures.
• Experience with cloud‐managed hardware products.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois: $156,000 – $200,000 annual salary.
• New York City, New Jersey, Washington, DC, California (excluding Bay Area): $172,000 – $227,000 annual salary.
• Bay Area: $179,000 – $236,000 annual salary.
