About The Team
The Partner Solutions Engineering organization develops Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem into trusted technical leaders and champions. Our strategy rests on three core pillars: Align, Build, Accelerate.

- Align: Define and execute technical business plans for the region’s top strategic partners.
- Build: Establish scalable enablement, reference architectures, and technical best practices that elevate partner delivery and solution quality.
- Accelerate: Drive partner-led revenue by moving partners from basic delivery support to full technical and strategic ownership.
About You

- Leadership Experience: 15+ years of proven experience leading pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner engineering teams in high-growth enterprise environments.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to shift teams from reactive support to proactive, strategic partnership and end-to-end services ownership.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background or curiosity in Zero Trust / SASE, Network Security (DDoS, WAF), and cloud or edge computing technologies.
- Executive Communication: Ability to engage senior executives and C-level stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and influence, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business decisions.
- Operational Rigor: Experience managing performance metrics, technical wins, and services planning to drive measurable outcomes.
Why Join Us
