Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet. The company runs one of the world’s largest networks, powering millions of websites and other Internet properties ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare have web traffic routed through an intelligent global network that continually learns with every request, resulting in significant performance improvements and a decrease in spam and other attacks.
Available Location: New York, San Francisco, Austin, London or Lisbon.
Cloudflare One is one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. To maintain this velocity, we need a GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution. In this role, you’ll design, build, and ship AI‑powered workflows that scale our sales, marketing, and support functions as a competitive advantage. You will apply judgment and taste to design systems that make reps’ lives easier, choosing when to build in existing tools and when to create custom solutions with AI and low‑code tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the data foundation our Specialist GTM organization runs on, spanning account and contact data quality, enrichment workflows, and data provider orchestration across our stack.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog. Identify gaps and missing or broken tools, prioritize accordingly, and drive progress without waiting for a roadmap.
- Ship rep productivity workflows fast: triage requests from the field, identify low‑hanging fruit, and build it, biasing for shipping small and fast and iterating versus designing the perfect solution.
- Determine when custom solutions are necessary: create bespoke AI‑powered solutions when the problem calls for it, making that call with judgment and not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions: consider upstream and downstream implications for every workflow, design for them, and avoid creating technical debt that will need to be forgiven later.
- Integrate third‑party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems, ensuring reliable data flow between the tools your team depends on daily.
- Document your work. If people can’t find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn’t matter how well it works.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high‑growth, AI‑native B2B company.
- Direct experience with Salesforce. You know the data model, have built on it, and are comfortable owning changes.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants—you’re actively building with these tools, not just experimenting with them.
- A track record of owning end‑to‑end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing or consuming them.
- A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks to integrate third‑party systems.
- Strong judgment on the build decision: you know when low‑code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes a bottleneck, and you act accordingly.
- Systems thinker: you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they’re reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain.
- High agency and bias for action: you’re not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go.

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For New York City, New Jersey, Washington, Washington DC, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated salary of $161,000 – $287,000. Project Galileo: Since 2014, we’ve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work. The technology is also used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers—at no cost.
Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. We have served over 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure, and privacy‑centric public DNS resolver. It is available publicly for everyone to use.
