We are working with a globally recognised consultancy who is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their growing ServiceNow practice. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer, employee, and technology experiences.
Working across a range of enterprise clients, you will help build intelligent workflows that drive productivity, efficiency, and overall user satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow workflow applications across Customer Experience (CSM, Field Service Management) and Employee Experience (HRSD, onboarding, workplace services).
In addition, you will utilise ServiceNow’s Experience Layer, including UI Builder and Service Portal, to create intuitive, role-based user interfaces and seamless digital journeys. You will also be expected to integrate ServiceNow with wider enterprise systems such as CRM, HR, and eCommerce platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, ensuring consistent data management and streamlined processes across platforms.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery and ensuring high-quality implementations across a variety of programmes.
