We are looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator who is a self‑motivated team player with significant project‑based implementation experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to join a talented and supportive in‑house Salesforce team. As a key member of the team you will lead the configuration and implementation of a complex Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud solution and be responsible for engineering solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, enhance, and maintain automations using Flows and Process Builder to drive continuous improvements across the CRM performance.
- Architect and build custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning pages.
- Build advanced reports and dashboards.
- Develop and implement robust security models.
- Configure and customize Lightning Experience interfaces.
- Work closely with the wider team and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and conduct appropriate training sessions for users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, plan process changes, and fix root causes for technical business problems.
Qualifications:
- Certified Advanced Administrator (desired).
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and security.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
