Salesforce Technical Product Owner for cutting edge tech leader - London (4 days in office, 1 from home). As Salesforce Product Owner you will own the Salesforce platform roadmap leading a highly skilled Salesforce team. You will manage the configuration, development, and integration of Salesforce with key systems including CPQ, Pardot, DocuSign championing automation and AI initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data quality and enhance user experience.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver scalable solutions. Experience of driving platform governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations is key as well as monitoring platform performance and user adoption across the business.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling and declarative development is essential.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and DocuSign.
  • Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to sales and CRM.
