We are looking for experienced Senior and Lead Platform Engineers who enjoy tackling complex infrastructure challenges and building secure, scalable, production-ready platforms to join our client’s multi award winning engineering first practice. You’ll play a key role in shaping platform strategy, influencing architectural decisions, and guiding engineering teams as they deliver critical digital services with the public sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build secure, scalable platforms for critical services.
- Create AWS landing zones, itOps workflows and internal developer platforms that empower teams.
- Modernise legacy estates into cloud-native architectures.
- Improve observability, reliability and performance across complex environments.
- Lead workshops, influencing design decisions and setting engineering standards.
- Coach engineers and contribute hands-on to code, design and problem-solving.
