Our hugely successful and established client is looking to appoint a Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to be part of their incredible team and UK Salesforce practice. As an experienced Product Owner you will be required to work with Scrum Masters, Designers, Business Analysts and Developers, lead Agile delivery teams to turn user feedback into actionable insights and drive the design and prioritisation of product improvements.
This role will require you to:
- Build highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Develop the product vision with stakeholders
- Prioritise and maintain the Product Backlog, collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers to create and refine User Stories according to business value and technical risk and working with Agile delivery teams to design a prioritised Product Backlog and plan on how to deliver this
- Lead efforts to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate software and system solutions that support and enable delivery and identifying and leading process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation of those requirements
- Direct the development of user-driven prototypes to test potential new features with users to verify potential improvements and enabling your team to release frequent product improvements that deliver real value for users
The ideal person will have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within a highly productive and fast paced Agile environment
- Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, software development lifecycles and associated processes
- Proficient in the use of requirements capturing toolsets e.g. JIRA and Confluence
- A track record of client facing consulting engagements or similar roles within industry
- Experience with Salesforce
