We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.
As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will:
- Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog
- Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions
- Lead the production of design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation
- Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design
- Be able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Lead, manage and mentor Junior Salesforce Consultants
They are looking for someone who can bring their Salesforce knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the smooth delivery of a wide range of Salesforce projects. This role is a client-facing position so excellent communication and presentation skills are required to be able to lead the Solution for each project and client engagement.
