United Kingdom – Hybrid (various locations) We are working with a globally recognised consultancy and leading Databricks partner who is looking to appoint a Databricks Solution Architect to join their growing Data Platforms leadership team.
As an experienced Databricks Solutions Architect & leader, they are looking for someone who can bring deep Databricks expertise alongside strong client engagement skills, can lead on all Databricks initiatives, presales & GTM activities, and help scale the Databricks practice with the right talent & capability.
Alongside the above, we are also looking for the following experience: Designing and leading the delivery of modern, enterprise-scale data platforms that enable advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven decision‑making.
Take ownership of translating business strategy into secure, scalable, and future‑ready architectures, supporting clients from early‑stage discovery through to successful delivery and value realisation.
Designing and building high‑performance data platforms using Databricks and Apache Spark, delivering robust data lakehouse and warehouse solutions with strong governance, data quality, and security at their core.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
Play an active role in pre‑sales activities, supporting discovery sessions, shaping solution designs, contributing to proposals, and helping define delivery approaches.
Take ownership of Databricks partnership engagement, supporting joint go‑to‑market initiatives, developing propositions, and driving capability growth within the practice.
By joining this forward‑thinking and collaborative consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on complex, high‑impact transformation programmes across a variety of sectors, including both the Public & Private sector, while also continuing to develop your own skills and leadership capability within a highly supportive environment.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility around working locations, although candidates should be willing to travel to client sites when required.
