This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Full Stack Java Engineering Lead to own the design, development, testing, and documentation of large-scale, mission-critical software applications for a FTSE 100 Leading Blue Chip organisation in Manchester.
We are looking for an engaging and experienced leader who can work across the entire lifecycle, provide operational support, lead a team of talented Java Developers and drive enhancements.
To be successful as a Full Stack Java Engineering Lead, you will need the following:
- Oracle Certified Java Developer.
- Front-end development experience, ideally with React Native and React JS; broader JavaScript knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in CI/CD best practices.
- Extensive experience with the Spring framework.
- Software performance modelling and analysis expertise.
- Strong experience with RESTful web services.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver on complex technical projects.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
