About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager – Public Sector to manage and grow relationships with our valued public sector clients. You'll play a key role in building long-term partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring our technology solutions meet client needs and deliver clear outcomes. This role sits within our Sales team and is critical in helping CloudClevr achieve success through impactful technology partnerships across public sector organisations. If you’re driven, collaborative and passionate about helping people succeed through technology, you’ll thrive here. Occasional travel will be required to other CloudClevr sites throughout the U.K.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a list of named public sector accounts as the primary relationship owner
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand and navigate public sector sales frameworks and procurement processes
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities across CloudClevr’s full portfolio
- Exceed sales targets and forecast performance accurately
- Maintain pipeline growth of at least 300% of monthly target coverage
- Use CloudClevr’s sales methodology to manage opportunities from discovery to close
- Engage internal specialists and partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Drive customer satisfaction, secure endorsements, and improve NPS
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Actively promote CloudClevr’s propositions to your customer base
- Minimise churn and revenue erosion by proactively re-signing customers

Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience managing public sector customer accounts
- Understanding of sales methodology and structured sales approaches
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate and present confidently at all levels
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify cross-sell opportunities
