About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager - Education who’s excited by the opportunity to make a real impact, supporting ambitious transformation journeys for our customers through smart, effective technology delivery. This role sits within our Sales, Acquisitions & Education team and plays a key part in helping us achieve excellent outcomes for customers. You’ll work closely with both colleagues and clients, ensuring our solutions meet real-world needs and are delivered with excellence, insight, and care. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, driving sales growth to hit sales targets, cross selling and up selling across the full CloudClevr portfolio whilst retaining existing business and minimising customer churn and revenue erosion within a base of named accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Be the Account Lead for a portfolio of named education-sector clients
- Build and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive sales growth through cross-selling and upselling across the full CloudClevr portfolio
- Proactively manage churn and revenue erosion, ensuring customer retention
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately forecast and maintain a pipeline of opportunities (minimum 300% coverage of target)
- Use CloudClevr’s sales methodology and tools to manage deals from discovery to close
- Coordinate internal and partner resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Actively promote CloudClevr’s solutions and become a trusted technology partner to clients
- Monitor trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve
- Drive customer satisfaction and improve NPS (or equivalent measure)
- Comply with all health & safety and information security policies and standards
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts
- Strong understanding of sales methodology and customer engagement practices
- Minimum 3 years’ experience selling at least one of CloudClevr’s core solutions to the education sector including Telephony, Connectivity, Mobiles, Security or IT Support
- Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong planning, organisation and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Confident using CRM and pipeline management tools
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Tenacious, creative and highly motivated to deliver outcomes
- Adherence to all Company Information Security policies and procedures in all aspects of your role, with emphasis on confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets
- A duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work
