CloudClevr Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Representative to cover 2.5 days per week, from Wednesday to Friday. You will be the primary customer advocate, onboarding new customers and ensuring a positive end-to-end experience across our IT and Communications environment.
You will handle onboarding, manage queries, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive timely resolutions while building long-term customer relationships.
