Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Account Executive to join their UK sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed an annual target of £500K ARR in net new business
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the UK market
- 3+ years experience working directly for a SaaS vendor
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience selling to SME, mid-market or enterprise-level clients
- Experience selling to Finance, Law, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Public Sector or Information Technology end-users preferred
- Preference for a knowledge of either ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Yard Management Software (YMS), Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Manufacturing Excellence Software, Logistics Software, Cybersecurity / Cyber Security Software, Route Optimisation Software, Distribution Software or Inventory Management/Order Management.
