We’re looking for a high-velocity Senior Commercial Account Executive based in London to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a seller who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands modern DevOps and developer workflows, and is comfortable operating within a Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion.
You’ll bring both technical curiosity and strategic sales execution, partnering with growing organizations to help them adopt CloudBees’ next-generation DevOps solutions across the commercial and mid-market segment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive pipeline generation and close new business for CloudBees’ next-generation product portfolio, including Feature Management, CloudBees Unify, and Smart Test.
- Own the full sales cycle for commercial and mid-market accounts, from prospecting through close.
- Expand CloudBees’ footprint within the regional installed base by helping customers modernize their DevOps and software delivery practices.
- Rapidly grow pipeline, acquire new customers, and contribute to revenue growth in the fast-evolving DevOps market.
- Engage both technical and business stakeholders, clearly articulating technical value and business outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure strong customer adoption and expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within CRM systems.
What the Role Requires
- 3+ years of experience in a high-velocity B2B sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- DevOps & Developer Persona Familiarity: Exposure to DevOps tools, workflows, and concepts, particularly CI/CD.
- Technical Sales Experience: Experience selling software or technical solutions to engineering, DevOps, or operations teams within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) Experience: Understanding of PLG motions, including free trials, self-service adoption, and low-friction buying experiences.
- Sales Playbook Execution: Experience following and contributing to repeatable sales motions in a technology-driven environment.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Self-starter with a competitive edge who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
