About the Role
Seeking a RevOps Manager to enhance our go-to-market (GTM) operations, improve data governance, and optimize the CloudBees tech stack. This role will be instrumental in reducing sales admin burden, driving accountability, and providing critical quote support for our EMEA/APAC teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Management
- Overcome legacy data debt (Global TAM Account and Persona buildout, CAPDB) to improve GTM accuracy and efficiency.
- Enforce data hygiene (Pipeline Inspection, SLA’s) best practices across Salesforce and other GTM tools improving pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting.
- Administer and integrate GTM tools (e.g., Gong, LISN, Cognism, 6sense, Vivun).
- Drive integration, automation and efficiency, improving system workflows and reducing manual sales processes.
- Assist with deal desk support and optimization, streamlining pricing, approvals, and contract management, while collaborating with Sales leadership reducing bottlenecks.
Reporting & Accountability
- Assist in build/maintenance of reports/dashboards driving further visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance for trends (e.g. stalled deals, deal slippage, pipeline movement) enhancing insights and driving accountability.
- Provide support for the operating rhythm of the business (e.g. QBRs, strategic reporting needs)
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a direct/indirect GTM support role.
- Strong expertise in data management, reporting GTM Tech tools (SFDC).
- Experience managing and integrating GTM tech stacks.
- Understands the GTM Customer Lifecycle, with familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk motion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Desirable (not mandatory):
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
