About CloudBees
CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work.
Seamlessly integrating into any hybrid and heterogeneous environment, CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enhancing the developer experience across your entire software development lifecycle. It allows developers to bring and execute their code anywhere, providing greater flexibility and freedom through fast, self-serve, and secure workflows.
CloudBees supports organizations at every step of their DevSecOps journey, whether using Jenkins on-premise or transitioning software delivery to the cloud. We’re helping customers build the future, today.
About the Role
At CloudBees, our Consultants are strategic partners in helping organizations transform how software is built, secured, and delivered. As a member of the Services team, you will work at the intersection of DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, AI, and software delivery innovation, helping customers accelerate outcomes and unlock new levels of engineering productivity.
You will collaborate with some of the world's largest and most innovative enterprises—including Fortune 100 companies and government organizations across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and technology. Together, you'll tackle complex challenges and shape the future of software delivery in increasingly AI-driven environments.
This role combines strategic advisory, technical leadership, and hands-on innovation. One day, you may be leading executive discussions on platform strategy, AI adoption, or engineering transformation. Next, you may be working directly with engineering teams to design intelligent delivery platforms, automate workflows, and implement scalable DevSecOps solutions. While the role is primarily focused on strategy, architecture, and transformation, there will also be opportunities to work hands-on alongside customers—troubleshooting complex technical challenges, accelerating issue resolution, and building practical solutions that deliver immediate value. Whether remote or onsite, you will serve as a trusted advisor who helps customers navigate both technology and organizational change.
As software delivery evolves beyond traditional automation, you will help customers embrace emerging paradigms including AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, platform engineering, and intelligent automation. You will guide organizations in building modern software factories that combine human expertise with AI-powered capabilities, enabling faster innovation, stronger security, and greater operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning. You stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new technologies, and bring a forward-looking perspective to every engagement. Most importantly, you are energized by helping customers define and execute a vision for the future of software delivery—turning emerging technologies and modern engineering practices into measurable business outcomes.
