Based in our London office, you'll partner with Account Executives to show German enterprises how CloudBees Unify brings governance, visibility, and trust to software delivery - across the tools they already run - and guide them from first demo through technical win.Enterprise software delivery is changing fast. AI is writing more of the code, and the teams we serve are wrestling with how to review, secure, and validate it at scale. You'll sit at the center of those conversations: understanding each customer's toolchain, translating messy real-world delivery challenges into solutions, and making the technical case that closes the dealWhat You'll DoOwn the technical side of the sales cycle: discovery, demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagementsMap customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains - then show how CloudBees Unify layers governance and evidence across them without rip-and-replaceTranslate technical requirements into solutions that solve real business problems, from audit readiness to safe adoption of AI-generated codeContribute to architecture discussions and support RFPs and security questionnairesAct as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering - and bring field insight back to shape the product roadmapStay sharp on DevOps and AI-assisted development trends, the competitive landscape, and CloudBees product updatesWhat You'll BringRequired:5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roleFluent German (C2 / business fluent) and English - you will run discovery, demos, and technical workshops in GermanStrong command of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practicesHands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)The ability to make complex technical concepts land with both engineers and executivesComfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving companyExisting right to work in the UKNice to have:Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SREExperience selling into German enterprise accountsFamiliarity with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements (e.g. Private medical insurance through Bupa, with premiums covered in full for you and 50% for your dependants.
