About CloudBees

CloudBees helps organizations build, run, and govern software factories, giving enterprises the confidence to ship software better, faster, and safer. Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Governing what reaches production and validating its impact is. As enterprises adopt agentic coding, software is created faster than most teams can review, secure, and validate. Without consistent governance, organizations risk shipping code they cannot explain, audit, or trust. CloudBees addresses this challenge without asking teams to replace the tools they already use. Across every toolchain a customer runs, CloudBees makes each change, human or AI, visible, auditable, and accountable before it reaches production. CloudBees Unify is the product behind this: a governance layer, with context and control-plane capabilities, that enforces consistent policy and evidence across every tool, team, and workflow.

About the Role

We're opening a new office in London, and we need someone to help us bring it to life and keep it running brilliantly once the doors are open. As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes the office work: the go-to for the space itself, the events we run in it, and the day-to-day details that make it a great place to be. You'll also lend a hand to our HR and Marketing teams from time to time, so no two weeks will look quite the same. This is an entry-level role. We're not asking for years of experience we're looking for someone organised, proactive, and genuinely excited to build something from the ground up. If you love bringing order to busy environments and making people's days easier, you'll thrive here. You will be required to work from our London office 4 days per week with 1 day from home.

Requirements

  • What You'll Do
  • Office opening: Support the launch of our new London office β€” coordinating deliveries, setup, suppliers, and the practical details that turn an empty space into a working office.
  • Events: Help plan and run office events, from team socials and all-hands gatherings to visits from colleagues and customers.
  • Day-to-day office management: Keep the office running smoothly β€” supplies, seating, meeting rooms, deliveries, and being the first point of contact for anything office-related.
  • Maintenance and facilities: Liaise with building management and vendors to resolve maintenance issues and keep the space safe, tidy, and welcoming.
  • HR support: Assist the HR team from time to time β€” for example with new-starter onboarding logistics, desk setup, and welcoming new joiners.
  • Marketing support: Pitch in with the Marketing team when needed β€” helping with event logistics, materials, and local activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail β€” you keep track of the small things so others don't have to.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude. You spot what needs doing and get on with it.
  • Clear, friendly communication β€” you'll work with everyone from new starters to senior leaders to external vendors.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a growing office.
  • Right to work in the UK and able to be on-site in our London office.
  • No minimum length of experience required. Experience in office administration, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus β€” but attitude and organisation matter more to us than your CV's length.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of opening a brand-new office β€” real ownership from day one, and the chance to shape how the space works.
  • Broad exposure across facilities, events, HR, and marketing β€” a genuine launchpad for your career.
  • A global, collaborative team that lives by our values: Better Together, Entrepreneurs at Heart, Exceed Expectations, Serve with Passion.
