This role comes with expected travel into Paddington 2 days per week, so must live within a commutable distance of central London.
As a Product Manager Revenue Intelligence, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to scale and extend our revenue marketing platform to meet our global customers' diverse needs. You will own major parts of the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with customers, data science, and engineering to deliver high-impact features that drive measurable lift in RevPAR, ADR, and profitability. The optimal candidate for this role is familiar with advanced revenue management techniques and has experience designing, building, and launching new products.
The Revenue Intelligence team sits at the heart of our Cloudbeds Signals AI platform, connecting hospitality data, pricing science, and hotel operations into a coherent whole. The team blends deep analytical curiosity with genuine empathy for the day-to-day realities of revenue managers and hoteliers. The Product Manager owns critical revenue management capabilities end to end, from discovery and solution design through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for our revenue intelligence platform, with clear focus on commercial impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team.
- Lead discovery with revenue managers and commercial leaders to deeply understand pricing, forecasting, inventory, and reporting needs, translating them into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Define intuitive user experiences for complex revenue workflows, turning data-heavy decisions into actionable, easy-to-use interfaces.
- Plan and execute on pilot and release plan for each feature.
- Define, monitor, and act on metrics that reflect product success, such as forecast accuracy, pricing adoption, revenue uplift, usage, and retention.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 5+ years proven record working on and delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in a product role for a hospitality product, ideally focused on revenue management, pricing, or distribution.
- Experience working with data science teams and an understanding of key data science concepts.
- Direct exposure to revenue management concepts (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, segmentation, channel mix) and how revenue teams make decisions.
- Experienced with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, overall execution, and iteration.
- Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably within a Scrum team.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, both speaking and in writing.
- Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions.
