As the Manager, HRBP you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region. You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HRBP for CS + Onboarding and partner with leaders across levels to align People strategies.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to build inclusive, high‑performing teams.
- Manage and resolve complex team‑member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
- Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.
- Own compliance across Spain and EMEA: employment law, CBAs, Equality Plans, conciliation processes, termination documentation, and EOR/contractor regulations.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team‑member and contractor lifecycle.
- Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes; maintain accurate confidential data in Workday; support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting; troubleshoot Workday workflows.
- Collaborate with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs; support global People initiatives including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes.
- Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem‑solving.
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth, remote‑first environment.
- Workday experience is a strong plus.
