How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Product Manager - Integrations you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to build integrations with external systems to meet our global customers' diverse needs. These can include systems for Event Management, Compliance, Accounting, POS and many others. You will work with partners and accommodations customers to design solutions and work with the dev team to build your solution, then collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Customers to bring your solutions to market. The ideal candidate is familiar with cross-platform API connectivity and has experience designing, building and launching new products.

We sit at the intersection of Cloudbeds and the broader hospitality ecosystem, building the bridges that make everything work together. Our team combines deep technical curiosity with real world customer empathy. Each Product Manager on our team owns their integrations end to end, from partner discovery through launch and beyond. We are a small, collaborative group spread across the globe, with real ownership and the freedom to shape solutions, not just execute on someone else's vision. We tackle a different puzzle every day, from Event Management integrations for large conferences to POS integrations that affect how a boutique hotel runs its restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the roadmap for Cloudbeds Integrations.
- Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team.
- Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions and oversee building the integrations with internal and external engineers.
- Define and build the user experience for integration solutions to provide seamless third-party API integrations.
- Plan and execute pilot and release plans for each integration.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales.
- Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven record delivering SaaS applications and solutions with strong UX outcomes.
- 2+ years in a product role for a hospitality product.
- Experience with regional tax compliance, fiscal reporting, or government-mandated invoicing requirements in the EU or LATAM.
- Proficiency in technical APIs and integrations methodology.
- Experience across the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Experience launching new products and growing adoption.
- Experience in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum.
- Strong communication with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment and to use data to inform decisions.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
- Past experience as a project or product manager for products involving third-party integrations.
- Ability to read and work with API documentation to design integration solutions.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
