Health and Safety Business Partner – Property / FM
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50k – £60k + excellent benefits

About the Role:
As the Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to champion a positive safety culture across a complex and dynamic organisation. Reporting to the Senior Health & Safety Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the health and safety specialist, providing expert advice and support.
2. Conducting inspections, audits, and proactive monitoring to ensure compliance.
3. Influencing and coaching leadership teams to drive positive safety behaviors.
4. Supporting the development and continuous improvement of safety practices.
5. Playing a pivotal role in achieving ISO 45001 certification.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification and Tech IOSH accreditation.
2. Proven experience delivering health and safety support in complex environments.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
4. Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
