What This Role Offers You This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to give you exposure to real client work, mentorship from experienced consultants, and structured opportunities to build your confidence in Microsoft technologies. It is ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in the world of technology consulting. You’ll receive on-the-job training, ongoing learning opportunities, and career coaching – all with the aim of preparing you for your future as a consultant. What You’ll Be Doing Be the friendly first point of contact for client questions, learning how to diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. Get involved in client projects — from onboarding and basic system configuration to user training — while developing your consulting skills along the way. Deliver tailored user training sessions that build client confidence and help them get more value from their systems. Learn to manage support cases effectively, gaining insight into customer needs and feeding these into future project improvements. Work closely with senior consultants and technical specialists to understand more complex requirements and how we design solutions. Follow best practices, maintain accurate records, and contribute to client success using Cloud9’s playbook as your guide.
