At Cloud9 Insight, we’re looking for a proactive, experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead exciting Microsoft-based projects that make a difference for our clients and community. Our Senior Project Manager will be someone who is a team player, who loves a challenge, and who strongly aligns with our core values: Dependability, Lovability, Curiosity and Positivity.

You’ll be central to how we plan, manage, and deliver our Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, teams empowered, and outcomes consistently excellent. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s ready to own delivery from start to finish, wants to be involved with multiple projects at once, and can bring structure to complexity.

Job Requirements
  • A proactive, get-things-done mindset, you’re always one step ahead.
  • Commercial and legal acumen.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple workstreams moving forward.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication: clear, professional, people-first.
  • Confidence using project tools (or the drive to learn them quickly).
  • Experience as a project manager - even better if this experience was gained working in the technology sector.
  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset, even when things get busy.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at once without dropping the ball.
  • Agile, PRINCE2, or tools like Synergist, but these aren’t deal-breakers.
  • A natural curiosity and a desire to learn, explore new ideas, and grow your skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of multiple client projects, from kick-off to handover, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and change controls with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, keeping everyone clear, motivated, and on track.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring visibility and accountability across workstreams.
  • Lead project meetings, from sprint planning and daily stand-ups to client check-ins and steering reviews.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, and take the lead in resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, shaping internal project delivery processes, reporting, and governance alongside the Head of PMO.
  • Support resource planning and capacity management, helping optimise how our team is deployed and where we can scale.
  • Build strong client relationships, delivering regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Champion project excellence, using tools like Synergist and Power BI to track performance and share real-time insights.
  • Maintain clear documentation and CRM data to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Support internal and client reporting.
  • Support scheduling and capacity management planning.
Job Benefits
  • Career Growth: You’ll have regular check-ins, the chance to step up and stretch yourself, plus a full day every month dedicated to learning and development.
  • A Values-Led Culture: We show up every day with lovability, positivity, impact, dependability, and curiosity and we live those values in how we treat each other and our clients.
  • Friendly Vibes: We’re a tight-knit team that celebrates collaboration, supports each other, and loves a good win. Your voice will be heard, and your ideas will matter.
  • Brighton Perks: Our buzzing office is based in the heart of the Lanes, with flexible working, team socials, and a dog-friendly policy for four-legged morale boosters.

This isn’t a box-ticking job. It’s a chance to shape how we run projects, and make teams’ lives easier. You’ll grow fast, learn loads, and be surrounded by people who truly have your back.
