What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering outstanding Sales results – Meeting sales targets, increasing conversion and creating emotionally engaging relationships with our clients.
Bring solutions to life – Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, uncover key challenges, and present tailored technical proposals that demonstrate the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Show the magic – Build and deliver engaging demos and presentations that show how Business Central can make a real difference to our clients\’ businesses.
Create inspiring content – Partner with marketing to develop pre-sales materials like demo videos, walkthroughs, whitepapers, and success stories that connect with real client needs.
Be a trusted advisor – Consult with clients through webinars, consultations, and proof-of-concept projects, helping them see the full potential of Business Central and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Champion digital engagement – Use CRM tools and digital platforms to track engagement and help the sales team understand what’s resonating with clients.
Stay sharp and informed – Keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, competitor insights, and industry trends to keep Cloud9 at the forefront of the market.
Help us grow – Identify new opportunities, help shorten sales cycles, and shape our go-to-market strategy with insights gathered directly from client interactions.
Represent Cloud9 with pride – Attend events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing how Cloud9 and Business Central can transform businesses.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experienced – You’ve got at least 2+ years of sales experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Hands-on – You know the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system (configuration, customisation, implementation) and can confidently advise clients at every stage of their journey.
A natural communicator – You can translate complex technical ideas into simple, compelling stories for clients and stakeholders.
Analytical and resourceful – You’re a problem-solver at heart, with a sharp eye for spotting challenges and creating smart solutions.
Curious and growth-minded – You’re always learning, exploring, and looking for ways to do things better.
Relationship-builder – Clients and colleagues alike know they can trust you to listen, guide, and deliver with warmth and professionalism.
