We are scaling fast at Cloud9 and seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful design and execution of new processes and systems within the business to enable our smooth growth. There will be the opportunity following a refresh of our own internal systems and processes to work on client projects. You will work closely with all department heads to support the optimisation of our processes and enhance the end-to-end client experience.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves getting under the skin of complex business problems, facilitating workshops, and executing on strategic projects that deliver a business\’s ability to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for improvements in processes and deliver supporting systems.
- Translate business needs into clearly documented functional documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
- When required, collaborate with consultants to ensure solutions align with business requirements that are scalable, usable, and cost-effective.
- Support change request analysis, impact assessments, and solution re-design in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation and improvements for our customer experience.
- Assist in planning and running user testing and acceptance sessions, ensuring solutions meet user and business needs.
- Provide training and support materials for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionality.
- Managing change and embedding this to achieve desired outcomes and ROI
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure playbooks across the business are kept up to date.
